Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
   •    Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
   •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the deposit or full payment being non-refundable.
   •    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or be considered a no-show.
   •    We reserve the right to cancel appointments if confirmation cannot be obtained.
   •    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with prior notice.
